is there a patch or anything I can do so I can get restaurant empire to play on my mac?

Just downloaded a couple of new theme's from the fansite and they don't appear to be working. Unlike the other textures posted there are no bitmaps. All appeared well when I downloaded the Music Theme 02 zip, but when you unzip the file there are just two .DDS files and they don't show up in the game. W...
