Recipies

Thought that I would share a recipie that I have concocted and experimented with quite a bit over the years.  Just a forewarning tho, this is not real heart friendly.

John's Tuna Casserole with a twist.

INGREDIENTS:

1.  16 Oz. Country Pasta(can get at Wal-Mart) or wide egg noodles or your favorite noodles.
2.  2 can chunk lite tuna 5Oz. in water.
3.  1 4 Oz can or fresh mushroom(this is optional).
4.  1/2 Lb. bacon. (try to get a brand that don't shrivel too much). (I use Bar-S)
5.  10 slices American or your favorite cheese .
6.  about 2 tblespoon salt.
7.  milk(about 1/4 cup).
8.  2 10.5 Oz. can or 1 large can of Cream of mushroom soup.
9.  1 tsp. Soy sauce.

Cook the pasta in a 6 qt. pot(uncovered) (use the salt in the water to bring up the boiling temp).  When the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it in a 9X12  pan(I use a glass pan).

Open and drain the tuna, and the mushrooms(if you use canned) and put these in the 9X12 pan.  Put in the Cream of mushroom soup.

Cook the bacon (crispy)in a frying pan on a lowest heat that the bacon will cook at, and put the bacon on a platter covered with a paper towel so that it will drain a bit.  .  Cook the bacon until it is crispy (watch it that you don't burn it).  DON'T throw out the bacon grease!  You will want a bit (about 2-3 tblspn) to put in the pan ( I just pour a bit into the pan).

After the bacon drains a bit, crumble it up into small bits, and add it and the soy sauce and the milk to the pan.  mix all together.  You will want the mix to be creamy and not runny so you may have to adjust the milk a bit.

Preheat oven to 350.  Once the oven is preheated, take the pan and now add the slices of cheese on the top, covering it so that cheese is over almost all the top of pan.  Bake in oven for15-20 min or until cheese is melted.

                                            EAT

Of course it is a game, but I figured that having a more personal part sharing things that maybe we could get more ppl to come in and start discussing things.  The more ppl that we get interested in the game, the better chance of getting updates and add-ons for it.

You know it's not that hard to Mod in recipes with Rest Emp 1.  Maybe it will still be just as easy and you can add that one.smile

I have no Idea on "how to do's" as far as modding, but if you know, could you send me a tutorial and let me know what I need to do this.  I will try it, because I have a couple other play foods that I have been playing with LOL
